U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), South America, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and APO/FPO addresses.

5. How are orders delievered?
UPS (Ground and Air), Fed Ex Ground, and USPO. For UPS 3 day, please add $2.00 to shipping charge; UPS 2 day, please add $7.95 to shipping Charge, Next Day, please add $15.95 to shipping charge.

6. How long does it take to receive an order?
3-6 days in the Eastern U.S.
6-10 days in the Western U.S.

7. What if a shipment is damaged?
